This homeowner had us come in after they first purchased this large 7 bedroom house to help them think through room design for their family as well as for vacation rentals. We were able to largely move existing furniture around to help them make better use of the rooms and furniture they already had so that it not only fit their needs better, but it also accommodated short term rentals more favorably when they weren't there. We did purchase one extra bunk bed, and replaced their dining room table with a larger table of the same style they already had in place. Both the bed and table were custom made to match.
