Silverleaf Remodel and Hot Tub Installation

Silverleaf had us come in to remodel the interior of the house.  We took out some doorways, and created others.  We took part of the garage and created a hallway, closet and bath to be shared with a new bedroom.  We took out an old deck, poured a slab and installed a new hot tub.  We remodeled three bathrooms as well.

Lake Haven Room Design

This homeowner had us come in after they first purchased this large 7 bedroom  house to help them think through room design for their family as well as for vacation rentals.  We were able to largely move existing furniture around to help them make better use of the rooms and furniture they already had so that it not only fit their needs better, but it also accommodated short term rentals more favorably when they weren't there.  We did purchase one extra bunk bed, and replaced their dining room table with a larger table of the same style they already had in place.  Both the bed and table were custom made to match.

Lake Haven Lodge FirePit

This property had a metal fire ring placed near the hot tub on the side grass at the house level.  However, they had a beautiful view overlooking the lake,  just above the dock where we were able to dig out some of the land to allow for a simple fire pit area.  They didn't want to spend too much money, so they requested to just dig out the area, and put down some simple pavers.  This added a lot for their own enjoyment as well as a feature for those who rent the house when the family is not there.

Lake Haven Lodge Loft Room Enclosure

This home had great space in the loft, but it was being underutilized.  This is a large 5,000+ sq ft home that had 4 separate living areas, in addition to the loft.  The loft would be much best utilized as a sleeping area, as it was already connected to a full bath.  By enclosing the room, the owner was able to accommodate larger family gatherings, which met their needs and desires.

Lake Haven Lodge Dock Replacement

Replaced 30 year old uncovered dock with new wood dock with roof with solar panel to operate boat lift.  Included replacing both wave runner slips.  Dock material was pressure treated wood, metal roof, and Trex decking.  Ramp was later replaced with 30 foot aluminum gangway attached with 5th wheel to allow for movement of dock
